1.1. This Privacy Policy outlines the principles of processing personal data of users utilizing the intermediary platform between Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising media owners and advertisers (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), available at https://adtargeo.com.
1.2. The personal data administrator is AI MEDIA DREAM SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, with its registered office at Aleja Jana Pawła II 27, 00-867 Warsaw, Poland, NIP: 5273149985, REGON: 540788790, KRS: 0001152996 (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator").
1.3. The Administrator ensures the protection of users' privacy in compliance with applicable regulations, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (GDPR).
2. Scope and Purpose of Data Processing
2.1. The Administrator processes users' personal data for the following purposes: a) Enabling the use of Platform services,
b) Concluding and executing agreements between users,
c) Handling payments and settlements,
d) Ensuring security and preventing fraud,
e) Communicating with users,
f) Fulfilling legal obligations (e.g., issuing invoices),
g) Analytical and marketing purposes (with user consent).
2.2. Legal basis for data processing:
- Providing Platform services: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (necessity for contract execution).
- Analytical and marketing purposes: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (user consent).

3.1. The following personal data may be processed during the use of the Platform: a) First and last name,

d) Company data (name, tax identification number (NIP), address),
e) Transaction details (e.g., purchase and payment history),

4.1. Users' personal data may be shared with: a) Data processors acting on behalf of the Administrator (e.g., IT service providers, payment operators),
b) Public authorities, when required by law,
c) Other Platform users to the extent necessary for service execution (e.g., contact details within agreements).
4.2. Personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), particularly to the USA, based on appropriate legal mechanisms such as European Commission adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

- Data related to a contract – stored for the contract duration and 6 years after termination (for tax and accounting purposes).
- Marketing data – stored until the user withdraws consent.
- Technical data (cookies, IP address) – stored according to the Cookies Policy (e.g., up to 2 years).
