1.3. The Administrator ensures the protection of users' privacy in compliance with applicable regulations, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (GDPR).

2. Scope and Purpose of Data Processing

2.1. The Administrator processes users' personal data for the following purposes: a) Enabling the use of Platform services,
b) Concluding and executing agreements between users,
c) Handling payments and settlements,
d) Ensuring security and preventing fraud,

f) Fulfilling legal obligations (e.g., issuing invoices),

Providing Platform services: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (necessity for contract execution).
Analytical and marketing purposes: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (user consent).

Data related to a contract – stored for the contract duration and 6 years after termination (for tax and accounting purposes).
